I’m standing on a platform waiting for the train. Sections of red railings like propped-up monkey bars separate rows of train tracks, and a chain-link fence surrounds parking lots of the brick buildings behind it. Between the tracks are thin metal boxes labeled with black numbers and red letters that read Potable Water. A guard rail to my left displays graffiti proclaiming “I love Deena,” while a sign to my right flashes red lettering…
