India cryptocurrency space had come to a standstill following April 2018 RBI notification that prohibited banking channels for any transactions with cryptocurrency-related entities, which made many exchanges go out of business and slowed down innovation coming from Indian entrepreneurs.
On the historic day of 4th March, the crypto industry won the 2-year long legal battle against Reserve Bank of India (RBI), which not only opens doors for innovation but also brings new opportunities to Indian community especially to those who are closely watching and learning how this space works.
Every day we see new members trying to find opportunities in this industry. Sadly majority ends up into price speculation channels, sometimes influenced by crypto influencers and quick buck bounties/Ponzi schemes. It turns into opportunity loss for those who are not good traders/speculators.
We believe there many opportunities for people in the crypto space other than trading and speculations(even for non-developers). The major roadblock for a few struggling to find opportunities is the lack of information on how this industry works. As Telos vision is to help people find their purpose, we are working towards filling the void, helping members with educations and incentives.
Introducing the Telos India TG Ninjas Program.
As a Telos India Telegram Ninja program, you are one of our Telegram community leaders. You get a chance to learn and work along with the team who believe in Telos and the underlying EOSIO tech. Also, part of the group who are working on sharing crypto knowledge and expanding Indian crypto ecosystem. Telos India has created an incentive structure to reward people who are willing to learn and put efforts into educating others about Telos and EOSIO.
As you educate community members in different channels about Telos, you’ll be eligible to claim rewards in TLOS tokens for leading different educative initiatives, the structure allows you to learn and contribute with your own pace.
Telos community will be proud to play a small part in your growth within the Indian Blockchain/crypto industry.

Program initiatives
1. Educate Indian Crypto TG members about Telos: Earn 2000 TLOS
One of the best ways to interact with like-minded individuals in this space is the Telegram channels dedicated to cryptocurrency/blockchain. Telos empowers dApps ranging from social media to games, addresses many challenges which are faced by different crypto projects.
Contribution Telos India Ninjas could make :
1. Kick-start conversation related to Telos on different channels.
2. Addressing the issues, which are being faced by crypto users on different Blockchain networks and educating them about the solution which Telos has come up with.
3. Share any announcement related to Telos or dApps based on Telos.
Any activity/interactions will be verified by Telos India for a period of 25 days, with organic educative conversations, please do mention the TG channel you are willing to take lead on in the form.
2. Bring Members Onboard: Earn up to 1000 TLOS.
Blockchain projects are driven by the community, not the leaders. Without community members and an audience, projects are doomed to fail. As a community ninja, you will play the role of a community leader, educating users about Telos and Telos India initiative and onboard them to the education funnel.
The procedure will be shared once you are onboarded as a Ninja.
The reward table below shows how rewards are structured and will be distributed. As this industry is cluttered with new information, getting new people becomes saturated and need more work, to make this fair the reward increments as you get more users.

The Telos India TG Reward system is one of few upcoming incentivization structures to help with growing not only Telos India community but also blockchain community in India. To stop the reward system from getting abused, Telos India will exercise its discretion to evaluate and reward fair contribution.
The Future
As a Star Ninja (evaluated based on maximum rewards collected), will be rewarded with Bonus of 1000 TLOS tokens, also, might get recruited full time for managing Telos Community in India.
