Open Call for Telos Community to improve Worker Proposal System(WPS)
Telos has proven many people wrong already by its achievements with its innovation and the community oriented approach. Telos Worker Proposal System has already funded many projects and Worker Proposals from the community.
Telos WPS has led to the inception of projects like WordProof.
At the same time, we as a community gained some insights into how the WPS system is being used and what are its issues. After more than 7 months of Telos Blockchain launch, we think its time to work on embracing and improving the features of Telos Blockchain.
As part of an improvement initiative, we would like to do an open call for interested participants to be part of Telos WPS — Working Group.
Telos WPS — Working Group
The focus of this working is to evaluate the current WPS system & successfully funded projects, gain more insights into the Pros & Cons. The outcome of this working group will be a detailed action plan which will be eventually put for a community vote if any changes are needed in the system.
This working group duration is 10 Weeks.
All the interested partcipants are expected to spend 4–5hrs per week.
The Working Group will submit for a Worker Proposal for funding the work it will be doing for the 10 weeks. — will be discussed internally among the Working Group Participants.
