On May 28th, “TEMCO” had an agreement ceremony for partnership with “Balky”, who operates medical service management system and traditional Korean medical practice community, regarding a business plan about co-developing blockchain based platform.
Through this memorandum of understanding (MOU), TEMCO and Balky decided to develop an optimized system that utilizes TEMCO’s blockchain technology with Balky’s Big Data and its platform. This partnership will not only work on integrating the supply chain management of traditional Korean medicinal ingredients from production to sales, but also producing contents related to oriental medicine and providing compensation for the created contents as well.
TEMCO’s CEO Jaeseob Yoon mentioned, “By utilizing blockchain technology, we can track the records of the origin, production and distribution process of traditional Korean medicinal products, providing reliable and transparent information about the traditional Korean medicine to everyone”.
