Tenicity and Enerzal are partnering to support junior tennis

I am excited for our team to support our 1st junior tournament in India named the Tri-City Tennis Championships 2018! This tournament is for boys and girls in the under 10, 12, and 14 age groups. In the lead up to the event, I shared 3 tips to support players and their teams in their preparation.

3 Tournament Preparation Tips:

1. Make sure your equipment is ready: I encourage tournament players to have 2 racquets of the same type with the same string. If your strings break during a match, you want to have another racquet ready in your bag that will feel the same in your hands so you can continue without any hiccup.

2. Tailor your practices: as you get closer to the tournament, I advice to spend some time in practice playing points, service games and sets to mimic match-type playing conditions.

3. Manage your training load: make sure not to over-train right before the tournament. Keep up with your regular practice routines and get good sleep to be well rested for the tournament days.

I encourage questions and thoughts and will be back with additional tips during the week.

All the best!
