Since launching Tenicity’s mobile app on iOS and Android in early 2018, we have been updating and improving the app’s user experience based on customer feedback and my own use of the app in my tennis coaching.
The mobile app has been designed by thinking through the needs of coaches, players and parents for sharing and organizing information on the go. The app includes match results, match evaluations, and assessments which are a sub-set of the full benefits offered on the web platform, which can be viewed at https://www.tenicity.com/.
Below is a list of recent updates made to the mobile app:
Personalizing the user experience: Based on the role of the user, we have created a simpler and more intuitive user experience. For example, a coach and a parent are only able to see their players’ data.
Tracking match and training metrics: The mobile app auto generates statistics such as the number of matches played, number of match evaluations and assessments shared. For example, the graphic below provides a quick snapshot for a Director of Tennis to view and evaluate high level program activity.
Organizing and linking data: Through my extensive experience as a player and coach, I have designed the mobile app to include all the relevant details for a match result on one screen. This allows users to easily navigate between associated matches and evaluations to gain insights for their training.
My goal is to continually improve the Tenicity experience based on customer feedback. To learn more and download Tenicity’s app for iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets, use the links below:
