Another Amazon Web Services (AWS) re:Invent conference has come and gone. Re:Invent 2022 shared the latest exciting AWS innovations in the tech field. As an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, TensorIoT embraces transformative technology, and we were excited to have had several spotlight moments at re:Invent 2022 — but more on those later!

Re:Invent is always packed with new enticing content, which can make it a challenge to catch everything that happened. In our biggest spotlight moment of re:Invent 2022, TensorIoT was honored to receive the 2022 Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sustainability Partner of the Year award for North America. This distinction demonstrates TensorIoT’s continued efforts to build sustainability solutions that help our customers with carbon emissions tracking, smart building development and more. TensorIoT is able to drive implementation of sustainable buildings by measuring rooftop units (RTUs) or improving indoor air quality. This in partnership with using AWS services to rapidly develop and depoly solutions allows us to deliver our customers clear return on investment (ROI) with native scalability. TensorIoT also provides carbon tracking and reporting for customers that address the challenges of implementing scope 3 tracking — giving automated carbon emissions information to key stakeholders within a customer organization.

Matt Lubeley and TensorIoT Co-CEO Charles Burden joined AWS On Air hosted by Kyle Dickinson, Sr Security Solutions Architect and Brian Terry, Solutions Architect — ISV Integrations, where they had a discussion explaining TensorIoT’s growth into sustainability and the work the company has done to develop sustainable solutions in important areas such as carbon monitoring and tracking, smart building management systems, and improving manufacturing processes. AWS announced the launch of the Conversational AI Competency, highlighting partners with deep specialization and experience designing and building innovative Conversational AI solutions based on AWS technologies to serve companies across the value chain. TensorIoT was one of a select group of expert companies to be awarded the new competency, TensorIoT’s 9th AWS Competency! Arte Merritt, AWS Conversational AI Global Segment Lead, pointed out that ‘Building a high-quality conversational AI interface can be challenging, given the free-form nature of communications, where users can say or write whatever they like.” Being a launch AWS Conversational AI Competency Partner shows that TensorIoT has proven experience helping companies implement high-quality, highly effective chatbot, virtual assistant, and IVR solutions, with successful projects ranging across verticals including retail, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, and more!
