TenX 4th Anniversary Announcements
Dear community, as some of you may know, we celebrate a yearly Genesis day to commemorate the beginning of our journey in the crypto revolution: 11 June 2015, the founding day of TenX (previously OneBit).
On our fourth anniversary, the entire team is spending a full week to come together to re-commit and realign ourselves to the TenX mission of making cryptocurrencies spendable anytime, anywhere.
This week is also one of celebrations, and we’re incredibly excited to share these milestones with you:
TenX becomes world’s first ICO-funded company to be granted an E-Money Licence
On May 29th 2019, TenX became the first token sale funded company to achieve the status of a regulated financial institution in Europe.
With the licence issued by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA), we will be able to provide Electronic Money Institution services across the European Economic Area (EEA).
We aim to begin relaunching the TenX Cards in EEA in Q4 2019.
TENX Tokens issuance on 13 June 2019
Following the PAY Token snapshot on 30 December 2018 and the ongoing TENX Token claiming process that started in 25 March 2019, the first issue of TENX Tokens to eligible token holders will be carried out on 13 June 2019.
In this initial issuance, we’ll be issuing approximately 37 million TENX Tokens to an estimated 4,400 addresses held by 4,000 unique and verified users and counting. This means that almost 33% of all PAY Token holders have stepped forward to claim their TENX Tokens.
As the TENX Token claiming process will be open until 26 July 2019 11:59pm (GMT+8), our current focus is still on getting TENX Tokens to as many eligible token holders as possible.

First Rewards on TENX Tokens: 4,000,000 PAY Tokens
The first rewards of 4,000,000 PAY Tokens will be distributed out to TENX Token holders in Q3 2019. We will be depositing the PAY Tokens to the relevant smart contract daily across the quarter.
As a TENX Token holder, you will also be able to claim your rewards daily. More information on claiming your rewards will be provided in Q3.
PAY Token Loyalty Programme
We can now confirm that our work-in-progress PAY Token will be part of a loyalty program which rewards token holders for using the TenX Card. In addition, the PAY Token will also be usable within the TenX ecosystem in the near future.
