The technical sale organizer is the Teoz Fund team through Unibot Limited, on the basis of the agreement with the AOS HOLDING AG investment fund (Liechtenstein) official reseller — OKONTO OU (Estonia). The investment fund AOS HOLDING AG (Liechtenstein) has concluded a direct contract with Telegram Group Inc. for the purchase of TON GRAM tokens and therefore is the direct investor in the Telegram project.
- Why does the European Fund sell tokens of a prospective project?
The fund has invested 10 Million US dollars in future TON GRAM tokens at a price of $1.33 per token. The fund has a direct contract with Telegram Group Inc. Delivery of tokens will be made only in the Q1 of 2019. Fund management decided to partially close the deal in the near future and record a profit of 20%, which is an excellent result for such a short period of time. Some of the fund’s tokens will remain as part of the long-term investment.
- What are the guarantees of receiving GRAM tokens?

- What are the minimum and maximum limits of the purchase?
There are no purchase restrictions. If the pool reaches the maximum capitalization, the sales of the tokens will be closed automatically.
- What is the exchange rate for buying tokens?
The ETH exchange rate is updated in a smart contract once every 10 minutes according to the Bittrex exchange. The investor’s deposit is converted into USD at the current ETH exchange rate. Thus, the number of investor’s tokens is calculated.
- When will the investor receive GRAM tokens?
The preliminary date for the tokens distribution is Q1 of 2019.
The time and date of opening, depositing and transferring tokens will be published in future.
- How to check the balance of the tokens received during the investment?
You can check the tokens balance in a smart contract using the balanceOf function (see the FAQ section “How can I check the balance of my tokens?”). The function returns the indivisible number of tokens. It is necessary to divide the result of the balanceOf function, performed for the investor’s address, by 10 ^ 18 to get the number of tokens that will be exchanged for GRAM tokens in the ratio 1 to 1.
- What are the risks?
In case of non-closing of the transaction (not transferring the TON GRAM token to Unibot) due to the cancellation of the quota by the AOS HOLDING AG fund or OKONTO OU, investors will be refunded in ETH. Investors’ expenses will be about 2% due to the sale of ETH on the exchange and the repeated purchase of ETH for a return.
- How can the ban on Telegram in Russia affect GRAM?
