Does engineers need to get trained by professionals or industry experienced people before or after getting into a job?

My simple answer Yes. Because most of the Indian college professors are just running through the book(Nothing to blame them, most of them the private collage professors just joined because they could not find any other job).

When engineers are out of college the just know things but not with a good knowledge which the developed country students has, so its time to get on to your own study to know whats really happening in the industry and what an engineer will do once he is into office or work. Its always good to learn or trained from a working professionals.

What is the life of engineers?. May be the one who completes the studies and joins the job just for money. Come on, definitely nope. If its yes, then what about people who invented, telephone, computer, light and etc. So rethink on what we do and what we study…
