Airbyte Cloud and Airbyte Open Source
Airbyte offers source connectors that enable the retrieval of data from popular APIs, Databases, and SaaS platforms directly into your Teradata Vantage environment. The Teradata destination connector has been part of Airbyte Open Source since March 22, 2022. Now, with the availability of the Teradata connector in Airbyte Cloud, Teradata customers, and the developer community gain access to additional features including:

- Single sign-on: SSO allows users to access Airbyte Cloud using a single set of credentials simplifying the login process.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Define roles with specific permissions via RBAC, ensuring that users have appropriate access to the resources they need.
- Access to Connector OAuth: The OAuth connector simplifies the authentication process for connecting to various data sources.
- Use Terraform provider and Airbyte API: Teams that do “Infrastructure-as-Code” for managing their infrastructure can define their Airbyte Cloud connections with Terraform and Pulumi. These platforms allow teams to automate the management of connections, avoid configuration drift, and maintain an audit of changes.
