Dear Ternion Community,
When we first began on our quest to build a reliable and accessible to all, fiat-to-crypto exchange, and to advance the crypto ecosystem with our payment solutions, we decided to launch an ICO. We wanted the help of like-minded community on our mission to make crypto trading as easy as swiping your card.
Today, however, we need to face a reality of what ICOs became: instruments of crowdfunding that don’t deliver. We see most companies now turn to private sale rounds tailored specifically for VC funds. We have witnessed a rapid inflow of different ICOs that outmatch the demand for them. Investors are reluctant to contribute and companies themselves start to pull away from ICOs.
This is why we have made an executive decision to shut down the Ternion Token Sale. Instead, we will be relocating all our resources, skills and enthusiasm towards fully launching the Ternion Exchange and advancing the cryptocurrency ecosystem further. Although we change the means, we keep our main objectives intact. We are committed now, more than ever, to providing the best for our users, and always being transparent in both our financial and administrative conducts.
Please note that all the Ternion deposits have been refunded to the users. We would also like to remind that all the contributions below $10 (the minimum amount as stated in the white paper) have burnt and cannot be refunded; this was the main reason for enforcing the minimum amount threshold at the time of the Token Sale.
Bounty tokens can be still found in your personal Cabinet and are subject to the conditions previously stated in the White Paper.
