Ternoa testnet: Start minting NFTs on Your own Marketplace

For individuals who aren’t yet familiar, Ternoa is a layer 1 blockchain dedicated to secure data encryption and transmission through the use of NFTs and unique sending protocols. This project uses their technology to take NFTs to a whole new level, allowing users to add data within them and transmit it over time.
After months of hard effort, Ternoa’s developers have unveiled their testnet, which enables users to test all of the innovations developed on the Ternoa Blockchain thus far, for example minting NFTs and even enabling individuals to build their own NFT Marketplace. Releasing these new features helps give the world an inside peek at what Ternoa’s blockchain project aims to achieve at its mainnet launch in Q1 2022.
On top of allowing users to mint NFTs from their marketplace, they now have the ability to mint directly from their mobile phone thanks to the Ternoa Wallet Application! This functionality provides users complete control over NFT creation, allowing them to successfully upload, protect, and mint an NFT within minutes with no need for a desktop PC.
Minting
Minting an NFT is the process through which your digital artwork is becoming a component of a blockchain–an immutable and tamper-proof public record. Similarly to how physical tokens are minted and circulated, NFTs are likewise tokens that are “minted” once generated. User’s digital artwork can be recorded as an NFT, which enables it to be acquired and exchanged on the open market, as well as monitored digitally when it is resold or gathered in the future.
Mint your NFT with Ternoa
Why is Ternoa’s minting more unique than other current options? Thanks to their protection technology, individuals can mint their own NFTs with customizable watermark characteristics! These watermarks ensure that only the true owners can see the enhanced version of the NFT and or the data that is held within it, hence increasing the value of the digital asset. While possessing Ternoa’s Wallet and testnet tokens inside, it is possible to create NFTs on the project’s blockchain. As Ternoa is now in the phase of testnet, users have the ability to easily test out minting NFTs directly from their phones.
To test out minting your own NFT with Ternoa, it just takes a few easy steps:
- Download Ternoa’s Wallet App of iOs and Android here.
- Claim testnet tokens on their website ($CAPS is Ternoa’s native token, and since it costs $CAPS to mint NFTs, Ternoa created a faucet of “testnet” $CAPS so that users can mint for free).
- Go back to the Ternoa Wallet app and open the “DApps” tab, and click on “SecretNFT”
- Click “create” and you should be able to upload and mint your own NFT!
Users may promote their own NFTs via Ternoa-based marketplaces, giving them more control over where their NFT is shown. Once the NFT has been minted, simple tab choices enable the user to cycle between the existing NFT Marketplaces on Ternoa’s testnet, enabling users to engage. Please note that the minting and marketplaces are part of Ternoa’s testnet, therefore no actual purchase of NFTs can be done at this point, and will have to wait for Ternoa’s mainnet launch in Q1 2022.

As Ternoa’s focus is on the community, they have made it possible for developers to create their own NFT marketplace through Ternoa’s Blockchain.
