Hello again! In today’s article we have some news to share with you. Now we belong to an international alliance, that’s called Blockchain Game Alliance. Our mission is to share information, experiences and advice, and develop the new paradigm of games.
What is The Blockchain Game Alliance?
The Blockchain Game Alliance (BGA) is a coalition of game and blockchain companies committed to advocating for blockchain technology within the game industry.
Their goal is to spread awareness about blockchain technologies and encourage adoption by highlighting their potential to foster new ways to create, publish, play, and build strong communities around games.
The BGA also provides an open forum for individuals and companies to share knowledge and collaborate, create common standards, establish best practices, and network.
This organization is made up of influential companies such as Alto, Gimli, Fig, Ubisoft, Ultra, B2Expand, ConsenSys, EverdreamSoft and Enjin.
What are their missions?
On the one hand, raising awareness about how blockchain can transform games and improve or disrupt existing business sectors. And on the other hand, accelerating adoption by overcoming existing barriers through innovation and by catalyzing efforts to create actionable industry standards and best practices.
They provide support research, discussions, identification, sharing, and recommendation of standards and best practices in the development and testing of blockchain technologies.
They propose to advance wider public understanding and awareness of blockchain games by sharing insights, benefits, and limits of blockchain technologies. Create and support opportunities between members and key stakeholders to communicate directly and openly with each other about issues relevant to blockchain and its influences on people, businesses, and society
The Alliance will also be used to develop best practices and common standards that promote the alignment and uniformity of blockchain integration within the community.

Who can join? Membership is open to all individuals and organizations around the globe professionally interested in the game/blockchain industries. You can find the actual full membership list following this link.
Members and developers can benefit from support and guidance from other members of the BGA. They have the opportunity to share knowledge and engage with other professionals and platform holders within the blockchain game space. This will be through online services such as Discord as well as through online events and at conferences.
