The Pacific Northwest offers an abundance of seafood. We certainly ate our fill of delectable fresh salmon, oysters, and razor clams. We also enjoyed decadent desserts and appetizers. And as a proud Cheesehead I was dumbfounded to discover Tillamook cheese — my new favorite extra sharp white cheddar.

The Tillamook Cheese Co. offers an array of cheeses and a tasty tomato bisque soup for when we needed a little break from seafood.
Of course we didn’t miss out on desserts.
