Celebrating 2 years, message from the CEO
Today, we have completed 2 years since our beginning.
Though survival in itself can not be seen as a milestone, it is indeed a great day to look back, reminisce, and face the exciting future ahead.
Tested Healthcare is an outcome of the all the efforts, that every individual working with it has put in. From the phone calls answered by the team, to all the kilometres travelled by our technicians; from all the patients who have shown trust in our service, to those who were unhappy and left us with invaluable feedback. It comprises of all our partners and supporters who have shown faith in us, until the every end.
Concerns have come in, questions about the background of our team, questions, about us not being from the medical field, of being too young, of trying to change a system that many before us couldn’t. I believe, it is the immense belief that our team has shown, that has kept us afloat and kicking. We have the courage to believe, to commit, to innovate, and to work hard, consistently, day in, and day out.We’ve always set the benchmark very high in this company.
We have grown from 2–3 orders in our first month to more than 12000 patients (overall) today, with majority of the growth happening in the last 12 months. Over 12000 people could enjoy diagnostic tests from the comfort of their place, while our folks toiled to and fro from the lab. We look at these numbers as not just statistics, but also as people in need being served by us.
In the coming years, we aspire to reach out to more people, serve more patients, become bigger, better and much more efficient in what we do. We believe in bringing happiness in our customers’ lives by reducing the effort and frustrations of the diagnostic sector.
