What’s Tested and where have we been hiding?
Ever since Tested Healthcare’s inception in the August of 2015, this is probably the most frequently asked question. In all its seriousness, we actually do get called out for hiding in the open more times than we’d care to admit.
Tested Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (as our company registration certificate states) was started on 13th August, 2015 (More on the founding fathers, members, initial struggles and epic updates in the next post) . We are fondly referred to as Tested.

We run end-to-end logistics solutions for our partners in the healthcare industry.
Our job is simple,
We use our own technology and (super-awesome)pink-collar HR to help transport medical samples from our customer’s place of residence/office/wherever they call us, to our partner lab/clinic/collection centre.
- Our technology makes it super easy to track the sample, the person handling it and the time for the sample collection,pickup and/or drop
- Our super awesome pink-collar guys, are known as phlebotomists. We hire some of the finest phlebotomists of the city. Our selection is solely based on referrals, we put immense trust in our existing fleet and believe in their eye for the trade.(More on this soon)
- Our logistics setup is vetted thoroughly by all our partners before use. Which means, you get the same medical-quality that you expect in our partner labs, always!

- We offer same day home sample collection services (based on availability).
- We don’t use discounts and cheaper testing as a means for marketing or sales(We do however extend all discounts offered by our partner labs and clinics). We believe in extending our partner labs, hospitals and clinics quality to their patients, at the comfort of their home.

Where have we been hiding?
We have been here all along. Tested Healthcare’s role, responsibility and presence is at the backend. Chances are, if you have used the service from any of the following labs and clinics, we would’ve been the ones running the backend logistics for them, with them. Our guarantee to all our partners is a 99.99% customer retention rate and superior service. We do all this and more at the backend, for us our clients’ brand and outreach carries a greater significance.
In this age of aggregators, mass-marketing moguls and cash-back friendly players, we are the black sheep. To be honest, there is nothing so unique or different about us, we probably do the same thing as the rest, we just happen to do it more efficiently. Our company was built on a strong foundation of business ethics and human connections. We extend the same to all our stakeholders.
