Especially during these hard times because of covid, here is a method that can bring you money while working from home. From beer money to thousands of dollars per month. It is up to you how much work and quality you put in and how curios you are to improve and adjust the method. The base of the idea works as I am still doing it.

*** This method involves working with adult content (SFW and NSFW if you choose so). With this method you will promote adult webcams as an affiliate. ***

During covid lockdown adult webcam shows are in higher demand than before. Also there is an increase of models starting to do webcam shows from their home safety. This means that there are more people interested in what you will have to offer and that there is higher diversity for models… thus more money for you.

Consider the stress this lockdown puts on so many. It is ideal to find ways to release that stress in a safe way. And for some, one way to release this stress is through adult content.

Things you will need for this method to get the best results:

  1. Affiliate account. I work with crackrevenue for most adult offers that I need)
  2. $5–10 for a Website. It can work with a free blog as well, but with a website your conversion will be much better. Also, no one will be able to delete your blog like it can happen on tumblr or blogspot for example.
  3. Time and Willingness to make this work for you.
  4. *Optional a webhosting and a second website. This will add another $5–10 for domain/ year and another $5–10/ month for webhosting.

Let’s start.

The technique may look lengthy but after you set everything together it can take maximum 1–2 hours/day to maintain it and even grow it. With this method you can make from beer money to thousands a month. I think I already cleared that up.

It is up to you how well you use it. There are months when I barely post new content and I still get a solid commission from this method.

Step 1 — The very first thing you need is a good webcam affiliate program.

I mostly make use of these webcam offers: chaturbate, slutroulette and jerkmate. All these trough Crackrevenue network. I use Crackrevenue for years. And because they have a huge diversity of offers (from adult, gambling and other niches) … it makes sense to me to use the network that paid me for years now. Also, from what I talked with other people in the industry it seems that it is easier to get accepted on crackrevenue.

The offers that I use are revshare lifetime, which means that as long as a client that I referred to them spends money on their site I will get an ongoing share of that. The revshares that I use offer from 15% to 30% commission. Some offers go as high as 80%, but I’ve seen best conversions on the offers I mentioned (chaturbate, slutroulette and jerkmate).

Once you submit for approval on Crackrevenue make sure you describe how you plan to get the traffic. Be transparent and honest. They just want to make sure no one will spam their offers in weird ways. So mention your traffic sources. In this case they will be from social media mostly (reddit, twitter and some search engine traffic depending how you want to work on this method). Write a unique message. Don’t be one of the stupid people that will copy/paste my text just to get rejected in mass.*

Step2 — Next thing is select a domain.

A domain with .com extension is preferable. The name should be something simple and related to webcaming like watchmenaked.com, camming4you.com, nastycamming.com, webgirl20.com. These are just examples. I haven’t check to see if they are available. So use your creativity and choose one. You can use other extensions as well, but I prefer .com most of the times. Also, you can go niche specific or keep it broad to webcams. For niche specific think of niches that not so many are willing to touch. Like gay, trans and all kinds of kinks people are into.

To register the domain you can use goodaddy, namecheap, HostGator, dynadot or any other registrar that allows adult websites.

Once registered, set the DNS records to the ones of the provider. If you need they all have easy guides to follow with instructions or the support can assist you.

Now it is time to redirect the domain to your affiliate offer. You can do it with httaccess or on the cpanel. There are a few options. It doesn’t matter which one you use.

To get the affiliate link for for a webcam go to crackrevenue, select CAM on Vertical and Revshare Lifetime on Payout Type. Here is how it looks:

How to use filters on Crackrevenue to select Cam offers with Revshare Lifetime payout

Here is how one of the Lifetime Revshare offers in Crackrevenue looks like:

If you won’t use a top domain tld (.com, .net, etc) it will be harder to find a free blog (web2.0) that allows you do redirect it to your affiliate link. You can try tumblr or blogspot. The have some redirect tricks that may still work even today. I used these years ago, thus I am not sure if the redirect tricks still works. You will have to research a little bit on this.

Step 3 — Now is the time to build your social media accounts and drive traffic to your offer.

I recommend you use at least these networks: reddit, twitter, sex .com, smutty and tumblr. Use tumblr only for SFW content. Tumblr is now delicate as hell with adult content. Twitter allows adult content, but it is known that the past year they banned some pornstar accounts although they where genuine accounts. I keep twitter posts SFW and softcore (naked, semi-naked) mostly and rarely post hardcore content. Reddit, smutty and se x . com are for all flavors, from SFW to hardcore stuff. More on content shared later.

Make at least 1 account on each of these networks. Next you will want to grow them. Especially the reddit account/s. **Before you promote anything share quality content with others.**

In adult niche on reddit it is easy to get karma just by posting photos and gifs. Go to a few adult subreddits and check TOP posts of All time. Here is how it looks:

How to check Top voted posts on a subreddit

Select a couple of those pics/gis that were made over 6 months ago. Select randomly and repost them. Make sure those posts haven’t been posted recently. 1 post per subreddit per day is enough. Aim for at least a few hundreds Karma.

On your reddit account/s aim for +500 Karma on posts and +50 Karma on comments.

Also, you want to warm the account for the first 30 days. After the first month you will be able to create your own subreddit. You need the account to have some Karma and to be at least 30 days old to be able to create your own subreddits.

Once you create your own subreddit (related to webcam models, niche specific related to webcam models) you will start to promote the subreddit. Post as much quality unique content on your subreddit. Then use crossposting, posting in other subs your content and comment with your subreddit link.

Reddit can take a bit of time in the beginning, but it can bring loads of traffic if you do it right and don’t rush it. Many complain that reddit users are to strict with any promotion done on the platform. It is true. But, if you play smart and follow my guide, you will end up with quality conversions once it starts rolling.

Grow the other accounts as well. On twitter and tumblr do some follow/unfollow manually. Don’t over do it. Check some guides online on how to do this in 2020.

Once you have these accounts you can use ifttt and connect other networks to auto-post there as well. It is up to you how hard you want to go with this method.

Personally I go hard and use every network that at least allows SFW pics. And I warm the accounts before I promote anything on them. And I always test new sources of traffic to add to my mix.

The content

This is essential as this is what you will use on your social media networks to grow and eventually to drive traffic to your offer.

The content you can take from social media or try from webcam sites like chaturbate directly. Get a bunch of photos, gifs and videos (pornhub, xvideos and other adult sites) with webcam models. Ideally you want to make from those videos gifs. Don’t post videos. Just use the videos you find for gifs creation. Pics and especially gifs works the best. I use redgifs.com (they are the new gfycat for adult content) to make the gifs. I cut short scenes of 10–60 seconds. I check for a part that is hot, interesting, new or different in some way that attracts me or I think attracts others.

During the time you grow and warm-up the social media accounts, you want to keep the content clean with no watermarks. However, once you create your subreddit you want to watermark the gifs with the subreddit address (just the r/yoursubredditname). You can do this also on gfycat.

If you want to improve your conversion and your revenue stream you can buy a second website where you post all that content (pics and/or gifs). For this you will need a hosting as well.

The advantages of using a second domain to post the content on are:

  1. you can direct traffic to this website and monetize it further with other types of ads from crackrevenue.
  2. you can start to get additional traffic from other sources like google, bing, etc.
  3. you can share automatically on most social media networks using either IFTTT (from rss to twitter for example) or use a wordpress plugin.
*This can turn into a complementary method, but I guess you get the idea.*

If you are going for the second website where you will post the content (pics and gifs) make sure you follow some rules:

  1. use a webhosting service that accept adult content.
  2. use a webhosting that tends to ignore dmca complaints. Here are a few ideas: TheOnionHost, offshore-servers, lyrahosting. You can search on google for more.
  3. just to follow the law make a page for dmca complaints. In case someone emails you to take down a pic or gif, you can do so and avoid any future headaches. ;) Simple and easy.

Once you have everything set and all the accounts are warmed up, you should by now have a following on each of those accounts. Your subreddit should start growing. Especially if others start posting on your subreddit it is a good sign and it may start growing on it’s own at some point. Same with the other networks.

Once you have a following and the accounts are warmed-up you can start promoting your affiliate link to webcam models:

  • Take the first website you registered (the one with the redirect to your affiliate offer) and start watermarking your photos and gifs. This traffic will grow in time, but it’s quality should be good because people will type the domain manually. Curiosity has a good conversion in any market. ;)
  • Also, once others start to comment and ask for source of the pic/gif it is time to send them to the website with your affiliate redirect. *Twist*: if others are not asking for source. Make a second account and ask from that account for source. Comment back with your main account. ;) You can get creative here. ;)
  • Another twist is about how you promote the content. For example you can post on specific subreddits like r/Ifyouhadtopickone. For this make photos with 2 different webcam models side by side. Chose interesting pictures (not necessarily naked!!!). This will get the discussion going and you can do the source strategy here. ;) Ideally first post on your own subreddit and then post it or crosspost it on r/Ifyouhadtopickone. This way you use your website on your own subreddit and avoid being flagged as spam on other subreddits.
  • In conjunction you can use the second website I talked about, using the same methods (watermark, comments, etc). For this you will use advertising on this website. If you do so, make sure to test your ads and also rotate them from time to time, because all people develop ‘ad blindness’ at some point… especially on adult sites :))

P.S. once you start the ‘promotion’ phase come back here and we can discuss how to improve, twists and add more ways to drive traffic. So bookmark this page. ;)
