It’s been close to 6 years we are into Software Test Consulting, and one thing, if I will truly agree upon, is that it’s not easy to build one. To clients, consultants are always experts who can help identify their problem and solve it asap.

Most of the clients we have engaged with, it’s typically a fast-paced software development environment. All of them follow Agile methodology, a tailor-made process that suits them. But the commonality with these clients is the expectations of the tech consultants.

Consulting is more than just giving a solution, you can’t really build stickiness with clients by just building a solution. Trust me, given some time anybody with an above-average skill set should be able to build a solution.
