8 years back, we set out on the journey of building TestVagrant Technologies with the goal of accelerating digital transformation and driving disruption in the tech landscape by making testing intelligent and innovative. We aspired to build an organization that encourages people to work passionately, innovate relentlessly, and develop a sense of belongingness.

We build an inclusive work culture where every employee feels valued right from day one. We have a diverse team of 100+ employees spread across India and for us, everyone’s opinion matters.

We are proud to have 35% women representation in our team! We also encourage women on break, who are looking to restart their careers, to apply with us and place them in suitable positions. We have a corporate POSH policy to ensure a safe work experience for our team members.

Keeping different ethnicities and geographic locations of our employees in mind, our leave policy includes a range of holidays specific to diverse cultures.

In our Flat Hierarchy structure, there is no boss or people manager. Effective communication minus micromanagement results in increased autonomy and empowerment. We entrust our employees to contribute to decision-making and a transparent & seamless flow of communication across verticals facilitates that.

Increased autonomy is reflected in our individual-driven appraisal system. Our employees evaluate themselves as to how they are performing and what they need to improve upon. Headquartered in Bangalore, we have two offices in Noida and Pune for our folks to collaborate and brainstorm together in a distraction-free workspace.

We make sure that our people have the training and support needed for thriving on their career journeys. We arrange for immersive training for the new joiners to introduce them to our engineering excellence, provide hands-on training on advanced tech stack, and make them industry-ready.

We have built a unified and low-code open-sourced test automation solution Ekam. By saving time and effort, the open-source tool helps to streamline software testing and accelerate product releases.
