Sakala Mission is the government entity overseeing the implementation of the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2011. Karnataka Sakala Services Act provides the guarantee of government services to citizens in Karnataka within a stipulated time period.

Sakala Mission has onboarded Tesz on May 2021. Tesz is a platform to get all government-related queries answered. Citizens ask queries related to government services on Tesz. Queries are answered by a community of experts and departments.

As of February 2023, Sakala Mission has provided answers to 902 questions and has got more than 5 lakhs views.

How Sakala Mission effectively use Tesz to generate awareness regarding Government services?

Sakala Mission has undertaken the following activities after joining Q&A platform Tesz.

  1. Added FAQs to Tesz

Sakala Mission already has a good set of FAQs available on their website. However, these FAQs don't come up in Google due to various reasons. Google has made 3000+ changes to its algorithm last year. So, it is important to follow these changes, if a website has to rank top on Google search results.

When these FAQs get added to Tesz, the aspect of coming up on Google search results is taken care of. This will help Sakala’s already existing content reach more users.

2. Provided Comprehensive answers diligently

Helpdesk of Sakala provides comprehensive answers to citizen’s queries diligently. This helps people to know all the aspects of applying for government services.

This also helps Sakala to rank for hundreds of keywords on Google with respect to this particular query, which brings more traffic to Sakala’s content.
