On June 11, a technical error in the McCombs billing system caused an erroneous email to be sent requesting an enrollment deposit for McCombs graduate programs. Regrettably, this email list included applicants who were not admitted to Texas McCombs.

All applicants are officially notified of their application status via the applicant portal, and the admissions status displayed in the portal is accurate. We understand the confusion and disappointment this email may have caused, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If applicants have any questions about their admissions status, they can verify it by logging into their portal.

In response to yesterday’s erroneous email, we are working quickly to refund any payments made by applicants who have not been admitted.

We deeply value the interest shown in Texas McCombs Graduate Programs and remain committed to providing a transparent application experience.

Sincerely,

Texas McCombs Graduate Programs
