High Marks for Texas McCombs MBA Programs
7 specialties take top 10 in U.S. News & World Report ranking.
The Texas McCombs Full-Time MBA continued its long-standing position as one of the top 20 programs nationwide in the 2023–24 release of U.S. News & World Report’s survey of the nation’s best graduate schools of business. The program was ranked No. 20 in the country this year.
The Texas McCombs MBA has counted itself among the top 20 programs in 31 of the past 32 years. Among public schools, the program ranked fifth in the United States and has ranked among the top five for the past 19 years.
Working Professional MBA No. 6
In the part-time MBA rankings, McCombs rose two ranks to No. 6, an historic high. The working professional MBA programs at McCombs, which include the Texas Evening MBA, the Texas MBA at Houston, and the Texas MBA at Dallas/Fort Worth, have held top 10 status for 14 years running.
Executive MBA No. 14
The Texas Executive MBA jumped three ranks to No. 14 in the executive rankings. The program has enjoyed top 20 status for 19 of the past 21 years.
MBA Specialty Rankings
The U.S. News ranking also considers MBA program strength across 13 subject areas. McCombs is one of only two business schools in the nation that rank in every specialty.* McCombs also ties MIT and NYU with seven top-10 ranks.
