With a majority of people spending more time at home, home remodeling and repair work has surged. According to a recent U.S. Census Bureau report, hardware stores and building material suppliers saw a 22.6% year-over-year sales increase.
Currently, we are seeing almost historic low-interest rates for homes and home improvement loans. And rates are even lower for Veterans with a 30% or more disability rating.
