Oral History: Meet WWII U.S. Navy Veterans, James & Margaret Clepper

Retired Lieutenant Junior Grade James Clepper joined the U.S. Navy in 1942 and served on the USS PCE(R)-859 during World War II.
On Christmas Eve 1945, he met his wife, Margaret DeWolfe Clepper, who served with the W.A.V.E.S. (Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service) as a dental assistant.
They now reside at the Alfredo Gonzalez Texas State Veterans Home in McAllen.
