The VLB is hosting a weekly virtual Texas Veterans benefits presentation and you’re invited!

Join us for an opportunity to learn more about our programs and ask questions. A virtual Texas Veterans benefits presentation will be available every Thursday for 30 minutes at 12 noon.

Customized virtual presentation
Additionally, if you belong to a Veterans group, or you and a few other Veterans or active duty Military Members want to schedule your own customized virtual presentation, please let us know via email at VLBinfo@glo.texas.gov or by calling the Veterans call center at 800-252-8387.
The virtual Texas Veterans benefits presentation will provide more details about our VLB programs for Texas Veterans, including:
1. Three loan programs:
- Land — pick your own parcel and get great terms and conditions
- Home — borrow up to $726,200
- Home improvement — home facelift or repairs up to $50,000
2. Nine long-term care homes spread throughout the state
3. Four cemeteries that complement the National VA Cemeteries
4. Voices of Veterans:
- The Oral History program showcases interviews with Veterans from World War II through today
Wherever you live in Texas, you’re likely eligible for VLB programs if you served in the Military, have a DD-214, and didn’t receive a dishonorable discharge.
