At TextNow, we 💜 emojis. We couldn’t imagine our 📱’s without them! In fact, in 2018 alone, people sent 1.3 billion emojis on our platform.
We thought it was worthwhile to dig a little deeper into these little pictures to get a bigger picture on the United States of Emojis.
Beyond the Simple Smiley
In the last year, the three top emojis on our platform were all about joy:

Men are from 💪, Women are from 💁♀️
