So, buckle up, and let’s take a closer look at all that happened in May!

Unraveling Art of Code

Tezos India Arts & Culture (TIAC) partnered with SOCIAL to host a month-long exhibition that showcased the works of Indian artists who created a collection of digital art using their coding skills.

ART OF CODE is a celebration of the intersection of art and technology, with visitors being treated to a diverse range of digital works on high-resolution screens.

Varun Desai, Head, Tezos India Arts & Culture (TIAC), said, “We are excited to partner with SOCIAL and facilitate this celebration of creative coders which brings to life the works of 12+ creative coders of Indian origin. The world of art has transformed greatly with the growing intervention of technology, and Generative Art which started off in the 1950s has now come to the forefront of our society.

Partnership with Tweed: Enabling White-Label Wallet Solutions

Tezos India proudly announced its partnership with Tweed, a leading provider of compliant, plug & play SDKs. Tweed’s SDK includes key management, comprehensive wallet features, and a payment layer, all in a white-label form.

Notably, Tweed became the first wallet provider to offer a full Unity SDK on Tezos, enabling support for gaming studios and facilitating their onboarding into the Tezos network.

This partnership opens up new avenues for developers and businesses to leverage Tezos blockchain technology in their applications and services.

Workshop with Tezos Philippines: Empowering Web3 Developers

Tezos India collaborated with the University of the Philippines to conduct a workshop series aimed at training a batch of 34 students in their Web3 developer journey on the Tezos Blockchain.

Over the course of the last three months, the workshop covered various essential topics, including blockchain basics, coding smart contracts using SmartPy, developing full-fledged dApps on Tezos, exploring different token standards on Tezos Blockchain, and culminating in the creation of projects in the NFT domain as the final project. The workshop provided valuable insights and hands-on experience to the participants, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in the Web3 ecosystem.
