However, as the young people of this era, we need to have courage to turn this situation into an opportunity and we cannot be overwhelmed by it, yet we have to embrace this situation. We come to an era where many things would change and that means we need to accept this change and see the new normal era as a type of evolution that urges us to become better. Therefore, here are some tips we have for you to face the current COVID-19 problems that gave us a signal that this is a ‘generation-defining moment’. There are two types of health that we need to be concerned about first in this life changing situation, which is the new normal era. The first one is mental health. As we all know, mental health is very important to us nowadays, especially since everyone has mostly acknowledged this type of health concern since mental health has the function as the support system for us to function in our daily life.
