You can feel male sometimes then female too
You can feel that neither or both fit you
If you’re not either/or
Then one thing is for sure:
You’re an enby after all!

You’re an enby after all
You’re an enby after all
You’re an enby after all
You’re a rad enby!

You can look however you darn well please
And present what makes you feel most at ease
You are valid and cute
Brave and awesome to boot
You’re an enby after all!

You’re an enby after all
You’re an enby after all
You’re an enby after all
You’re a rad enby!

All the scary trans/intersex/enby-invalidating bullshit that’s been happening in my country lately has been getting me down.

I’ve been channeling most of my anger and frustration into a short story highlighting the absurdity of the situation, but now that the first draft is done I wanted to do something more positive.

So I wrote what I hope is a cute little poem for me and all the other enbies out there who might need some cheering up. I also wanted to capture the euphoria of figuring out and accepting who you are, because realizing you’re not “broken” is one of the greatest feelings in the world.

Fellow enbies, always remember that you are valid, awesome, rad, cute, and brave as heck. Nobody can take that away. ❤️

Realizing you’re not “broken” is one of the greatest feelings in the world.
