Am I still eligible for the ‘Exemption from Quarantine’ scheme if I traveled out of Thailand to stay in the listed countries/territories for the duration of less than 21 days?

Yes, you are.

However, please make sure that you do not stay in non-listed countries/territories at all during your travel after leaving and before re-entering Thailand (except for transit purpose). Otherwise, you would become ineligible for the ‘Exemption from Quarantine’ scheme.

Am I still eligible for the ‘Exemption from Quarantine’ scheme if my international flight to Thailand includes transit in a non-listed country/territory?

Yes, but only if

• your transit in the non-listed country/territory does not exceed the duration of 12 hours, and
• you do not pass through its immigration control.

Otherwise, you would become ineligible for the ‘Exemption from Quarantine’ scheme.

หากท่านจะเดินทางออกจากประเทศไทยไปยังประเทศ/พื้นที่ที่อยู่ในรายชื่อยกเว้นการกักตัว เป็นระยะเวลา น้อยกว่า 21 วัน จะสามารถเดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยแบบยกเว้นการกักตัวได้หรือไม่

ได้ โดยท่านจะต้องไม่เดินทางไปยังประเทศ/พื้นที่นอกรายชื่อยกเว้นการกักตัวในช่วงระหว่างที่เดินทางออกจากประเทศไทยและเดินทางกลับเข้าประเทศไทย (ยกเว้นกรณีแวะเปลี่ยนเครื่อง) มิฉะนั้น ท่านจะไม่เข้าเกณฑ์การเดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยแบบยกเว้นการกักตัว

หากเที่ยวบินไปยังประเทศไทยต้องมีการแวะเปลี่ยนเครื่อง ณ สนามบินในประเทศ/พื้นที่ที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในรายชื่อยกเว้นการกักตัว จะสามารถเดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยโดยยกเว้นการกักตัวได้หรือไม่

ได้ อย่างไรก็ดี การแวะเปลี่ยนเครื่องของท่านต้องใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 12 ชั่วโมง และต้องไม่ผ่านพิธีการตรวจคนเข้าเมือง มิฉะนั้น ท่านจะไม่เข้าเกณฑ์การเดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยโดยยกเว้นการกักตัว
