TradingView.com is the most used website by traders because they have multiple features that makes things easy for everyone, but using it the first time might be difficult. They rock in the premium version, but Free is also OK for new traders, but they come with some restrictions. To overcome these I have put together some simple features and screenshots on how and what to use.

Register on the site — Tradingview.com

This is an important step, so that you have your chart on all your devices so you don’t need to do it over and over again. Follow approval through email and visit the website.

Select Chart

For free account we are allowed only 1 Chart, So create the new chart.

Chart Dashboard

  1. Settings — Change color of chart background, style, timezone
  2. Indicators — Choosing the indicator to use with the chart. [Scroll Down]
  3. Time — Choosing the Graph Time Chart, I recommend Favourite 5m, 15m, 1h, 4h, 1D, 1W

  10. Toolbar —Simple drawing tools to use

These are the main parts for the dashboard.

Indicators

Free accounts can have only 3 Indicators active at the same time. Click on the Indicator Icon [2] and these 2 indicators are a must have for free traders

Moving Average provides all 4 in 1 indicator 20/50/100/200

Time Indicator similar to Ton Vays famous indicator

Best resource to learn how to use Time Indicator will be from Ton Vays Website, Twitter and his Youtube

Just search for ThaiSignal and start using the 2 indicators shown.

For a free User we can have another 1 more Indicator which can be any of these

  1. Volume [Vol]
  2. Envelope [Env]
  3. MoonPhase [MP]
  4. Bollinger Bands [BB]
  5. Moving Average Exponential [EMA]

Choose any of the above as your third. My favourite is ENV
