300 g enriched flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry yeast
180 ml hot water
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
Gradually add warm water to dry ingredients and beat until combined.
Turn dough on to a lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic
(about 5 minutes).
Cut dough in 3 pieces (father,mother and baby), cover and let rise in warm
(about 20 minutes).
Shaping the Bagels : roll dough and form a circle.
Cover and let rise in warm (about 30 minutes).
In large shallow pan, boil water. Lower the heat, and add bagels at a time to cook. Remove bagels from water and place on towel to cool.
Bake bagels in oven (210°C) for about 15 minutes.
