Surprise, then mockery.

When Maurizio Catelan duck-taped a banana on the wall of Miami Beach Convention Centre, it didn’t take long to see who won over the crowds at 2019 Art Basel. Titled “Comedian”, the banana excited people in one very particular way — they enjoyed to participate in art’s mockery.
