The Úll 2017 Headline Sponsor: Setapp

Úll is made by the people that attend, participate, present and create something for others to experience. We agonize over finding the right people for the line-up each year. We’re selective about the venue and the team that will be supporting us. And we’re equally particular about the sponsors we have. That’s why we were thrilled when Setapp and MacPaw approached us about being our headline sponsor.

MacPaw is a well known development agency responsible for macOS apps like CleanMyMac, DevMate and Gemini. Founded in 2008 by 22-year old Oleksandr Kosovan, the company has since gained global recognition and now has a team of over 120 humans and 2 very important cats- Fixel cat and Hoover cat! Last year, MacPaw launched its most ambitious project yet- Setapp. Based here in Ireland, Setapp is a subscription based service for curated Mac apps. The team believe it will be a game changer in the industry.

For us, Setapp was a natural sponsorship partner — and not just because they’re partly-Irish! Their core values revolve around that cross-section between technology and human arts that has formed the basis of Úll. All of MacPaw’s products demonstrate an enthusiasm for good design and a passion for producing products that bring something unique to the Apple community. When we asked them why they chose to sponsor Úll, they said it was because we shared the same love interest!

We’re delighted to have MacPaw’s Oleksandr Kosovan and Julia Petryk joining us for Úll 2017. They’re coming to meet like-minded people and find some inspiration and we can’t think of a more inspiring group than our attendees.
