Saving cash is like saving a legal pad — it’s worthless because money, like any paper, is only good when it’s used. If you leave money in savings too long, it disappears because of inflation.

When you save money, you begin to lose it with time.

Which leaves me to point #2…

#2 Stop treating cash as King and start treating cash as TRASH

Quit saving money at the bank — get your money out of the bank and to work.

Money needs to make babies, to multiply; otherwise, you might as well spend it as soon as possible.

CashFLOW is actually King.

Here’s what to do with your cash:

• Invest in yourself to increase your income
• Invest in your business to increase your income
• Invest in real assets that produce cash flow

#3 Use Your Home Equity to Create income

A home is not an investment, it is dead money so get it to work!

Your home equity is like a big pile of cash just sitting there…NOT multiplying.

So, this may seem extreme but you will thank me later — SELL YOUR HOUSE!

QUICK SPENDING TIPS FOR 2020 FROM YOUR UNCLE G:

1. If you can’t write it off, don’t buy it.
2. If the purchase won’t earn you money, don’t buy it.
3. If it doesn’t provide cash flow don’t buy or invest in it.
4. Do not keep cash around.
5. Do not spend money on days off.
