Your Business is a Dynamite Stick

The fuse is lit, time is ticking.

The grenade is going to go off.

If you don’t get new income soon, you’ll be shut down!

Sound too dramatic?

The reality is that if you’re a business owner, you know how alarming it can be when you need more cash flow but aren’t getting the needed sales to supply it.

Your business is in fact a dynamite stick, the fuse is lit, and you need to make new sales today to pay tomorrow’s bills.

You need SPEED.

You need to work the clock.

In fact, the two most valuable things a company has are money and time.

Without money you can’t get people, and without time you run out of month.

Time is the new currency both for your company and the consumer.

To be successful as an entrepreneur, to make it big in business, you must learn how to follow the money and work the clock. This is basic, but they don’t teach you this stuff in business college.

Everyone who has massively expanded their business knows the two secrets I’m going to tell you today.

You can have a 100-page business plan, you can organize your desk so it’s perfect, you can spend time getting your business cards and your stationary done, but you aren’t really in business until you start asking the question, “Who’s got my money?”

Follow the Money

Who’s got your money? Who can you transact with? Who can you monetize with? Who can you service and get an exchange with?

People get into business and make a business plan and never ask this simple question. Make a list of who has your money, the money you want, and figure out what you can exchange with them. Whether you have a service, a product, or an idea, the question to ask yourself is always: “Who’s got my money?”

You don’t need to make money, you need to connect with those who’ve already collected money, who have money, and exchange what you have (skills and knowledge) with what they have (money). Start investing most of, if not all your time with those people on your list.

Work the Clock and Collapse Time

How do you take time out of the equation?

You must take time out of long sales cycles and get more money now. Reduce the time it takes so you make a sale with a client now rather than later.

Does this sound hard?

It’s easy.

Take time and collapse it.

Reach into the future and pull it towards you.

Until you use your time to start producing more, and I’m talking about producing at 10X levels above average, you will not have a chance at pulling future sales into the present.

You must move products and services and reach into the future and pull it towards you.

The more you can produce, the quicker you’ll bring next week’s and next month’s sales into today.

Speaking of working the clock, time is ticking and you’re running out of time to get your seat at the world’s largest business conference, 10XGrowth Con 3

If you want to 10X your sales, there’s no better place to be. I’m running a special deal today — see all the details about it HERE.

Remember, your business is a stick of dynamite ready to blow, and the more sales you bring into the now, the longer your fuse will become!

Be great,

GC
