Gramma Hickox’s Woodville Hotdish
This recipe was top on my list of favorites growing up. The recipe I have listed below is the base recipe, over the years I have added my own spices to give it my own personalized taste. I add garlic salt, Herbamare or Cavender’s seasonings
- 1 box ring pasta
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1/3 onion
- 1/3 green pepper
- 1 can chicken noodle soup
- 1 can Cream Corn
- 1 can chunk chicken
- Wonton Noodles
Boil pasta (about 3 minutes or until al dente). While they are cooking, brown green pepper and onion in a separate fry pan. Add hamburger. Brown. Mix in Chicken noodle soup, corn and chunk chicken. Add seasonings to taste.
Drain noodles and add to the hamburger mix. Stir. Top with Wonton noodles.
