That’s a wrap for Round 1 of our conversations! Thank you so much to everybody who participated. We visited communities on the east coast, west coast, midwest and the south, and heard from so many interesting people with compelling insights on trust.

After presenting our findings at the Online News Association Conference, a gathering of 3,000 journalists and media makers in Washington, D.C., we’re exploring our next steps. We’re interested in collaborating with fellow academics, journalists, news organizations and community groups to make new discoveries, amplify what we’ve learned and fortify bonds of community trust.

If you’re interested in partnering, or just learning more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Todd at milbourn@uoregon.edu and Lisa at heyamoto@uoregon.edu. We’re excited to keep the momentum going!
