Authentics Newsletter : Upcoming Energies it’s the Season of Death and Rebirth
November! I’ve actually been anticipating this month for two reasons:
1. November is all about diving deep and releasing what no longer serves our highest desire. Getting familiar with what it feels like when something has reached it’s end, what it feels like when its time to let go, and how do you handle those goodbyes, those metaphorical deaths of self.
2. This month is also about acclimating yourself to new expressions of self love, creativity, and pleasure. This isn’t a month to hold yourself back or keep things tucked away in a box. As things die, newness is springing in it’s place.
Inside the comfort zone where its “safe” the real YOU won’t shine, in order to really feel the “tick”, the “fear”, the “excitement”, you have to jump into your own depths.
Questions to ask yourself this month:
1. What does my personal expression of intimacy look and feel like? Not what you WANT, but what is it currently? Does getting close to someone feel like pain and paranoia? Does sexual intimacy feel terrifying? In order to begin feeling at peace within intimacy you must first grasp your current understanding, then adjust that understanding and comprehension to what you want to experience.
2. Are you really safe in your comfort zone? It’s the season of death and renewal and I’ve observed more and more people seeking to break out of the cages they’ve placed themselves in. For me I decided to pick up dancing and facing the fear of looking foolish, putting myself out there to make meaningful friends and accepting the risk of being rejected. Where are you letting your fears dictate the direction of your life?
3. What is your body? How comfortable are you in your skin? We sometimes get so caught up in life that we leave the care of our bodies on the back burner whilst trying to meet all of our expectations. How much pressure are you placing on your body? And can you alleviate it, maybe gain a better understanding of the language your body speaks?

B.C.B : BOOK CLUB BRUNCH: upcoming meetup group.
It’s been some time since I really put effort forward into bringing like minded people together but what better time to do it than November; the leaves are changing colors, things are ending, and we’re all pondering our new beginnings. B.C.B will be hosted in San Antonio, TX and can be found on meetup.com. It is essentially a book club focused on growth, healing, and support. I’m hoping to grow B.C.B into a community like venture where everyone feels belonged and willing to share, so big things ahead!!
