Set Goals That Make You Wake Up In The Morning
And then set new ones. That is how you grow.
Set the goals high enough to get you out of bed every morning. People with the goals succeed because they know where they are going.
Many people are sleepwalking through life. Even though they work hard, they feel like do not getting anywhere. It is because they miss a direction. Without direction, you do not know where you are going.

The thing is, if you do not chase your goals, someone will pay you to chase theirs. You should go after your dreams and stay focused. By creating a habit of setting up and achieving the goals, you are a halfway there.
When you learn to stop and think about what you want, you get your brain off autopilot and start to use your conscious mind.
Instead of letting other people tell you what to do, you take control of your life and think about what you want for yourself.
By setting up a goal, you have the vision to work toward. You push yourself to the best results and not just waiting for things to happen. You learn to never decrease the goal but increase the effort.
Everything that can be measured, can be controlled. Everything that can be controlled, can be improved.
You know the saying: “Always shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you will land among the stars.”
By setting up the goal, you are motivated to take more action than you would do otherwise. It changes you by working on yourself and getting out of your comfort zone. The harder you work for something, the greater you feel about achieving it.

In order to set up a goal, you have to create a vision for yourself. Then you set a goal and take an action. The goal without a plan is just a wish. It has to be high enough to challenge you and make you grow. It has to excite you enough to not to stop until you get there.
Where do you want to be in 1 year from now? How about 3 years from now? Or 5 years? Think ahead to plan your future, then create your action plan. If it does not go according to the plan, learn to adjust.
Goals give you focus. You will know exactly what you want to spend your time and energy on. It gives you something to strive for every single day. Some days you might lose motivation or energy, then learn to rest but not give up. Remind yourself why did you start and how far you got.
Routine makes you feel safe and comfy, but it does not get you anywhere. Get the best out of life. There are endless possibilities of one can achieve.
