She yearns for powers of her own, and as a deadly last resort, she trades years of her life for scraps of magic. Then, as the children in her kingdom begin to disappear, Arrah becomes determined to find the culprit. Only… she finds something far worse. A Demon King is stirring. And in order to stop it, Arrah might have to pay the ultimate price.
In this electrifying deal for a debut author, Warner Bros. has just acquired this first installment in the trilogy! Outlier Society’s Michael B. Jordan and Alana Mayo are producing with Pouya Shahbazian. Misan Sagay is attached to write the screenplay.
