Money Devils 1. A Review.

Black Writers’ Weekend is over, but that doesn’t mean the fun is over. AAMBC had the privilege to review Money Devils by Ashley and Jaquavis.

In the newest release from Ashley and Jaquavis, we meet and follow along with the LaCroix sisters, Sutton, Luna, Ashton, and Honor. Sutton is the oldest sibling and also the CEO of their enterprise. Luna, aka, Gadget is the technologically savvy brains of the operation. Honor is more of the grounded sister who ensures everything runs smoothly, and Ashton is the baby sister. Her actions caused her to be estranged from the family. These sisters are cunning professionals in every sense. What they want, they find any way to get it, by any means necessary.

We give Money Devils 1 5 out of 5 stars. The storytelling had us on the edge of our seats, anxiously awaiting how the tale would end. Each sister was relatable in their own way, and we were able to understand why each sister chose their specific path she did. We have been following the Carter family since the beginning. It never ceases to amaze us how Ashley and Jaquavis continue to take it up a notch with intertwining them within each spin-off book. Readers will be completely blown away as the story progresses, and this novel will surely leave you shook!

The Good: Ashley & Jaquavis don’t miss! Their storytelling truly captivates readers and transports them to the character’s location.

The Bad: There were several grammatical errors throughout the story.

Is it Worth Buying: Yes! Listen, Ashley & Jaquavis have been on fire since The Cartel 1, and we enjoy how the characters are always tied into their current works. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Money Devils 2.

Rating: 5/5 stars
