If I’ve learned anything from working with ADHD children and adults, it’s that we’re pretty much all the same.

We’re all equally in need of tools to help us better navigate our quick and beautiful minds.

Those in our ranks struggle with time management, emotional regulation, failure to accomplish what we want to accomplish, and confusion about how to run and manage our lives with ADHD.

Our struggles can be broad and vast, impacting every area of our lives.

This toolkit, therefore, includes resources of all kinds:

  • Apps to help you manage tasks, time, and your emotions
  • Ideas to optimize your schedule and energy
  • Habits to help you master your attention and build fire routines
  • Books that’ll teach and inspire you to live into your ADHD superpowers
  • Journaling prompts to become more self-aware and work through problems
  • Products to help you fight time blindness and stay organized

I’m not sponsored by any of these, so consider this my honest and unpersuaded
