Our lead Editor here at The Adventure Magazine, Kristen Gill, is an award-winning writer and photojournalist who’s been on assignment all over the world producing content for various publications, such as the BBC, Seattle Times, Chicago Tribune, Outside Magazine, Adventure Travel News, CBS Travel, The Guardian UK, Time Out Magazine, Wanderlust Magazine, AFAR, and more. Her travel pieces have also appeared on dozens of podcasts and as broadcast segments on NPR, PRI, NBC, and BBC’s “The World.” She’s a proud Founding Member of Women Travel Leaders and The Adventure Angels, serves on the board of Travel Massive, and is an active member of Impact Travel Alliance, the Society of Professional Journalists, and the Adventure Travel Trade Association.
