Thank you Harry van der Velde for your art and passion

A work in progress

Rama has been teaching and sharing her work with me in developing Growing Systems of Success — a framework and process for developing our competencies in relationship with each other.

It’s been a fantastic learning journey. We are excited to bring you an installment of the Growing Systems of Success (GSS) Playing it Forward video series. Yesterday, we worked on a video on The GSS Canvas, the core tool for GSS implementation. Here that is!

What I’ve been learning: simply DO IT! Rama and I are a perfect match at the moment for what we each need to progress our work: I need a willing participant to design and create video pieces in creative ways, and Rama is finding it useful and energizing to create transmedia using multiple platforms for creation and distribution. The key elements: we are both ready to take next leaps in learning, and we have very complementary gifts that support each other’s work.

The biggest gift for me right now is witnessing and learning from Rama’s competencies as an orchestrator: one who is guiding and framing conversations, responding to the network, and helping to focus the attention of a group. This learning is exactly right timing for me, and what I love the most about Rama’s work is that it is about demonstrating these competencies so others can learn in their own way through seeing it modelled.

For more info about Rama and her work, check out her website, join her Facebook group, or follow her on twitter.

The style of this article is open source: if stolen, built upon, and further developed, awesome. Let your creativity run wild, and have fun with it!
