Jon Husband on Wirearchy

Jon’s work is aptly named Wirearchy. Over the last 18 years, Jon has been studying, practicing and connecting with other leading thinkers and practitioners, with this guiding question: in a wired world, what is the ‘archy’, or the rules and processes we need to design, develop, and evolve human systems?

A working definition of Wirearchy is ‘a dynamic two way flow of power and authority based on knowledge, trust, credibility and a focus on results, enabled by interconnected people and technology’. We invite you to explore and connect with Jon and his work through his website and blog.

Part of the intention of this initiative is to design and share peer to peer practices that can help us to gain insight into our global context, our perspectives and projects, develop our capacity to make sense of what is happening, and what we can do about it. In essence, this is an open source practice of connecting, sharing our work with others, and creating engaging and informative content that supports the transition of systems we are in.

If you would like to initiate some of your own peer to peer podcasts, you can reach out to TammyLeaMeyer at gmail.com for any helpful advisement, or join a growing group of collaborators doing group dialogues in our facebook group, Global Challenges Collaboration.

If you would like to support the process of peer to peer media production, we invite you to contribute to our crowdfunding campaign. Thanks for reading and watching!
