Allset is committed to the health and wellbeing of our customers and partners. As we all continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we wanted to provide you with the latest update on Allset operation during these challenging times.

Allset is operating at full capacity, and we’re doing all we can to support our customers and their favorite local restaurants.

Following the latest guidelines from local authorities to close restaurant dine-in operations, Allset is temporarily offering Pickup Orders only as a more safe alternative.

With that in mind:

  • Our team is working closely with every partner restaurant to create Dedicated Contactless Pickup Areas to make sure you can pick up your order without contacting others.
  • We provide an extra $4 off your everyday pickup order available now through April 15th as a part of a dedicated budget toward safety initiatives.
  • Until April 15th, we are waiving the Allset commission for our partner restaurants that offer a contactless pickup option to help them sustain the operation.

Plenty of independent restaurants and family businesses are having so much at stake right now. Let’s get through this moment together.

We will roll out and highlight restaurants with сontactless pickup areas on our app and website shortly. We will keep you updated on this as well as on our further actions during this evolving situation.

We also highly recommend taking the highest priority in following proven CDC guidelines around hygiene and World Health Organization recommendations for employers.
