Movie Review: Finding Dory
Directors: Andrew Stanton, Angus MacLane
Year: 2016
Language: English
Verdict: Average
I liked Dory, she was nice in ‘Finding Nemo’, however I was not much convinced about this movie after watching the trailers. Anyway I had to go and watch, because my daughter loves Nemo. So I did go and watch, and I did not like it. There were a lot of dialogues, the adventure lacked suspense and was somewhat boring.
The story is about the journey of Dory (a fish with short term memory losses) to find her long lost parents. And that was all about it, rest is a bit mundane. The characters were not interesting enough, the villains were not scary enough (on the second thought, there were no villains!), the adventure was dull and predictable.
I will not recommend it. Even my three-year old was bored by the lack of action!
