Monster by Naoki Urasawa.

This Anime, THIS ANIME, is the best masterpiece I’ve ever seen. This anime supersede the likes of Death Note by miles. I watched this series last year after finishing Death Note. I was amazed, flabbergasted, & found myself in an another world, a gloomy one, a place full of negativity, but the protagonist, Dr Kenzo Tenma, a person we all wanted to be, a person this world desperately needs, is the person who brought positivity in every episode. Throughout the series you don’t know what’s the mystery all about, you sympathize with the antagonist, Johan Liebert, a sociopath initially, a psychopath later, then a Serial Killer, when you know about him, the things he has gone through, you sympathize, but more than that you despise what he’s doing NOW, you wait for Dr Kenzo Tenma to bring the fellow to Justice. Read the plot here.

You also get to learn about the history of West Germany & East Germany post WW2, you get to know the horrific eugenic experiments which took place under the Communist Regime in the eastern block, & you get to know how someone’s sociopathic sadistic behavior in the pursuit of innovation could create dozens of Johan Liebert. The most terrifying thing to know about the eugenics was 911 Kinderheim.
Highly Recommended.

Ajin: Demi Human.

This series, a supernatural thriller, is an amazing addition to the genre of unsettling, eerie, dark world, it has a different animation altogether, if you start watching this one, you’ll immediately hate the animation, it’s 3D, but what matters is the Story Line & The Plots, in that case it supersede many thrillers. It’s a seinen anime but the story line is fucking adult. It’s not easy to grab the fast paced story line, but sometimes you go slow, you resume with the plots and boom, you’re again trailing. It has several OVAs too [Original Video Animation]. You’ll love it, the animation would be the last thing you’ll care about. Read the plot here.
Highly Recommended.

Devilman Crybaby [Netflix Series].

Synopsis from Wikipedia: Akira’s best friend tells him that ancient demons have returned to take back the world from humans and suggests that he unite with a demon. Akira successfully does that, transforming into Devilman, a being with a demon’s powers but who retains the soul of a human. This sends Akira into a brutal, degenerate war against evil. With fear of demons gripping the world, humanity devolves into paranoia and violence and Akira sets out to save other demon-human hybrids like himself.

Highly Recommended.

Black Lagoon.

Synopsis from IMDb: A Japanese businessman, captured by modern-day pirates, is written off and left for dead by his company. Tired of the corporate life, he opts to stick with the mercenaries that kidnapped him, becoming part of their gang.

It’s full of action, adventures, and comic drama. You’ll love it. Highly Recommended.

Attack on Titan.

Can’t even tell you how much I love, and adore the characters and the anime itself, goosebumps would be an understatement if I say I get them while watching this great, unsettling anime.

Synopsis: The plot of Attack on Titan centers on a civilization inside three walls, the last location where humans still live. Over one hundred years ago, humanity was driven to the brink of extinction after the emergence of humanoid giants called Titans, who attack and eat humans on sight.

Thanks for stopping by, you’re welcome.
